Pre-Nuptial Agreements

Today many people are marrying after they have established a career and have substantial assets. Similarly, people marrying for a second time often have an estate they wish to preserve. A pre-nuptial agreement is designed to set out the terms for division of the assets if the marriage should end or one spouse dies. This is particularly useful if one or both spouses have children from a previous marriage.
Kershaw & Baumgardner, LLP, can draft and enforce pre-nuptial agreements, ensuring that the terms are clear and the parties intentions are carried out when a death or divorce occurs.
